Banana pudding
2 ripe bananas, half a cup of sugar, half a cup of cream,1 teaspoon of vanilla,1 egg and 2 beaten egg whites,
Cook the bananas without removing the peels. Once they’re cooked, crush them and add half a cup of sugar, half a cup of cream, one teaspoon of vanilla and an egg. Stir it all well and cook in a buttered pot. Beat two egg whites and half a cup of sugar in a different bowl to a foam. Use this mixture to cover the bananas. Put them back in the oven until they get brown. Serve cold.

Beans Pupusas
Beans
Make tortillas and put the previously cooked beans into them, adding onion and pork fat. This could be done without straining the beans. You can also put beans atop one half of the tortilla and fold the other half to make a clammed-up pie. Grated cheese could be added as a topping.

Capirotadas
6 tortilla dough round,4 oz of white cheese,1 or 2 eggs
Knead the dough with the cheese and the egg. Roll it into little balls, flatten those tiny balls with your fingers, put them in a pot and fry them. When making the broth, put a tad of cooking fat, the onion, garlic, tomatoes, coriander, a pinch of salt and pepper, and fry the whole thing a little bit and add water according to the amount of soup you want to make. Use some of the dough to thicken the broth and there you pour the fried balls.Let them cook, then and finally pour the honey all over the balls, plus pepper and a pinch of cinnamon.
