Cayo Coco abrió el delfinario más grande de Cuba

Un espacio privilegiado para el show de delfines y lobos marinos, además de la posibilidad de interactuar con ellos, representa el delfinario más grande de Cuba inaugurado en Cayo Coco, en el destino turístico Jardines del Rey.

Ubicado en la provincia de Ciego de Ávila, ese destino turístico cuenta desde ahora con una instalación que constituye una oferta extrahotelera de la cual pueden disfrutar los vacacionistas.

Latam Airlines expands its services on the Medellín-Bogotá route, as part of its strategy of strengthening operations from 10 to 16 flights from Monday to Friday.

According to Latam’s announcement, it will expand by 54% the available chairs compared to 2018, targeting the corporate market.

La aerolínea Latam Airlines expande sus servicios en la ruta Medellín-Bogotá, como parte de su estrategia de fortalecimiento de las operaciones que pasarán de 10 a 16 vuelos de lunes a viernes.

De acuerdo con el anuncio de Latam, ampliará en 54% las sillas disponibles con respecto a 2018, apuntando al mercado corporativo.

Dominican Republic Will Be the Guest Country of FIT 2019

The Dominican Republic will be the guest country of the International Tourism Fair of Latin America (FIT 2019), which it will be held from October 5th to 8th in Buenos Aires,  where it will have the opportunity to promote its tourist attractions.

Knowing the designation, César Pina Toribio, Ambassador of the Dominican Republic to Argentina, high lighted that in the area of tourism his country has a varied, sustainable and quality offer.

Wingo Airline Expansion Favors Bogota and San José of Costa Rica

The expansion of the low cost airline Wingo favours Bogotá and San Jose of Costa Rica, with its new route that links those two cities from September 3rd;with Tuesdays and Saturdays weekly frequencies, and prices from 146 dollars round trip, including taxes.

Juan Sebastián Molano, Communications Manager at Wingo, said that after adding Curazao, Santo Domingo and Guayaquil to the international destination network, now they include this new flight between Bogotá and San José of Costa Rica.

República Dominicana será país invitado de FIT 2019

La República Dominicana será el país invitado a la Feria Internacional de Turismo de América Latina (FIT 2019), que se realizará del 5 al 8 de octubre próximo en Buenos Aires,  donde tendrá la oportunidad de  promocionar sus atractivos turísticos.

Al conocer la designación, César Pina Toribio, embajador de República Dominicana en Argentina, destacó que en materia de turismo su país posee una oferta variada, sostenible y de calidad.

Chapter Acts of Havana Recognized by UNESCO

The Chapter Acts of Havana, which include 273 original books, the oldest and most unique ones preserved in the Historical Archive of the Historian Office, were recognized by UNESCO.

This valuable documentation, which gathers four centuries of history, had been inscribed in the World Programme National Registry of the Memory, and now UNESCO recognizes, at the regional level, its heritage value, not only for local history but to understand the exchange between Spain and Cuba, but also the world’s relations with the island.
