The expansion of the low cost airline Wingo favours Bogotá and San Jose of Costa Rica, with its new route that links those two cities from September 3rd;with Tuesdays and Saturdays weekly frequencies, and prices from 146 dollars round trip, including taxes.
Juan Sebastián Molano, Communications Manager at Wingo, said that after adding Curazao, Santo Domingo and Guayaquil to the international destination network, now they include this new flight between Bogotá and San José of Costa Rica.
He added that Costa Rica is one of the international destinations where more than 3 million visitors arrived in 2018, and it is attractive for investment due to the high academic level of ethics and the political and social stability of that nation.
Molano high lighted that they havet ransported more than two million passengers so far, and the airline was selected for the second consecutive yearas the best of low cost airline of Latin America by KAYAK’s travelers.
Finally, he emphasized that they want to celebrate this recognition by putting on sale more than 176 thousand additional chairs to fly until October 26th.
