Aruba
1/2 oz of vodka, 1/2 oz of rum (better with Aruba’s rum)1/8 oz Coecoei, 1/8 oz banana licorice 1/2 oz of orange juice, 1/2 oz of blueberry and 1/2 oz of Oregon-brand pineapple juice.
Don’t stir it, just shake it slightly. Add a stick with a cherry and an orange both pierced in.

Brown Lady
1 oz (2 Tbsp.) Vodka 1 oz (2 Tbsp.) Baileys Irish Cream 1 oz (2 Tbsp.) Ponche Crema 1 oz (2 Tbsp.) Khalua 2 oz (4 Tbsp.) Coconut Cream
Combine all ingredients in blender with a 12 oz. cup of ice and blend till it becomes a cream and serve.

Chi Chi
1½ oz (5 Tbsp.) vodka 3 oz (6 Tbsp.) pineapple juice or crushed pineapple (canned) 2 oz (4 Tbsp.) coconut cream ½ oz (1 Tbsp.) grenadine ¾ cup crushed ice 2 pieces fresh pineapple & maraschino cherry for garnish
Put ingredients, except fresh pineapple pieces, in a blender and blend at medium-high speed for 15 seconds. Pour into a chilled collins glass or stemmed goblet. Garnish with fresh pineapple stick and maraschino cherry.
