2 oz (4 Tbsp.) light rum 1 oz (2 Tbsp.) dark rum ½ oz (1 Tbsp.) apricot brandy juice of 1 lime 1 oz (2 Tbsp.) pineapple juice 1 oz (2 Tbsp.) passion fruit juice 1 tsp. Sugar ½ cup crushed ice ½ oz (1 Tbsp.) 151-proof rum Slice of flesh pineapple and orange maraschino cherry
Put first 8 ingredients into a blender and blend at low speed until smooth. Pour into a chilled highball glass and float 151-proof rum on top. Garnish with fruit. Tip: add a dash of Pernod or grenadine.

Put ingredients, in a blender and blend at medium-high speed for 15 seconds. Pour into a chilled collins glass or stemmed goblet.You can then garnish with fresh pineapple stick and maraschino cherry.
