Cebadina**Wild barley

Considered a very refreshing carbonated drink and with digestive properties because it does not contain alcohol. Its name (cebadina) is due to the fact that in ancient times the barley plant was added to the drink but it acquired certain gradation. It's typical of the Guanajuato region.

Pineapple vinegar, calcium carbonate, and tamarind coction.
It's made with pineapple vinegar as the main ingredient to which a decoction of tamarind and Jamaica is added. It is let to settle and stored in an oak barrel. It is served with a spoonful of calcium carbonate (per glass)

Charagua

This drink is of domestic and ritual consumption in Taxable.

. Old and sweet pulque, red chili, roast and fermented corn leaves.
Add the corn leaves, roast and fermented in mild flame, and red chili to the old sweet pulque.

Charape

. It’s a popular drink in Michoacán and the North of Guerrero. It is also known as Tepache. It is of domestic and ritual consumption.

Barley, water or fermented pineapple and brown sugar. (piloncillo)
Prepared with barley water or fermented pineapple sweetened with brown sugar (piloncillo).
