Cuba embraces numerous national parks scattered all over its territory teeming with flora and wildlife.1- Punta del Este Beach’s cave system declared National Monument due to its historical values. Unearthed in 1910 by Saxon-origin Frenchman P. Lagne, the main cave treasures 235 Indo-Cuban painting, thus making it one of the most important in the entire West Indies. 2- The Guanahacabibes Peninsula is Cuba’s westernmost end where a major environmental reserve is under preservation. Declared National Park and comprising El Veral and Cabo Corrientes reserves.3 - The City of Bayamo was bestowed on with the National Monument award. Some sightseeing spots are: Baitiquiri-Cajobabo Lanier Swamps, El FaroLa Güira, Pico de Potrerillo , Viñales Valley.
