Machetadas (Corn fritters)

Receta: 
Knead a dough as if you were going to make flour tortillas. Once the tortillas are made, grab a knife and make a three to four cuts from the center outward. Carefully put the tortillas in a pot containing piping hot pork fat and let them fry for a few minutes until they’re all brown on both sides. You could have them with either coffee, butter of honey.
Ingredientes: 
4 cups of flour,4 tablespoons of cooking fat,1 teaspoon of salt,half a cup of lukewarm water,4 flat tablespoons of sugar,1 egg
