Mountain Chicken

A delicious frog-based dish.

Receta: 
Wash the frog thighs. Pour the mixture of salt and vinegar onto it every so often for about two hours. Drain and season it with pepper. Fry lightly the frog legs on both sides in hot fat until golden brown. After fried, sprinkle them with lemon juice and well chopped parsley.
