3 lbs. (6 cups approximately) of potatoes cut in thin slices, 2 big onions cubed in thin slices, 10 chicken sausages thinly sliced, 4 tablespoons of butter, 4 tablespoons of corn flour, 1 lt. (4 cups approximately) of milk, 1 cup of grated cheese, 1 cube of concentrated chicken broth, ¼ teaspoons of nutmeg, ¼ teaspoons of pepper and a pinch of salt
Boil the potatoes in water with salt and the cube of chicken broth. Then add the onions and the sausages. Melt the butter in a different bowl and add the corn flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg, and finally pour lukewarm milk in it. Remove the water in which the potatoes were cooked.
Egg and oatmeal broth
1 cup of white onion thinly cubed, ½ cup of sliced parsley, 2 cubes of concentrated chicken broth, 1 lt. (4 cups approximately) of water, ¼ (½ cup approximately) of pasteurized cheese, 4 tablespoons of oatmeal, 3 tablespoons of butter, 2 eggs, ¼ teaspoons of pepper, ½ teaspoons of cumin and a pinch of salt
Melt the butter and once it’s piping hot, add the onion and let it cook in it to a crisp. Add the cube, the cumin, pepper and parsley. Add three-quarters of a cup of water. Blend the oatmeal down to a thin powder and add the mixture to the broth. Blend the cheese with a tad of milk and let it cook. Beat the eggs as if you were going to make an omelet, pour them in the broth and let them cook to form strands.
Lentil soup
2 jars of lentils, 4 potatoes cubed in thin slices, 4 stems of onion thinly cubed, 6 cloves of garlic cut in thin cubes, 1 green pepper thinly sliced, 2 cubes de meat, 4 leaves of cabbage cut in thin slices and cubes, 4 tablespoons of coriander thinly sliced, 3 tablespoons of marinated tomato paste, 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, ½ teaspoons of cumin, ¼ teaspoons of pepper and a pinch of salt
Refry the garlic in cooking oil with pepper, onion. Season the potatoes in salt, pepper and cumin and add the cubes of meat. 10 minutes later, add 1 lt. of boiling water. The cabbage, the green pepper, the marinated tomato paste, the coriander and finally the lentils are added.
