Mireya Moscoso is the first woman chosen to the presidency in Panama.
A 21 roomshotel, built under sustainability concepts, with attractive suites, swimming pool, and a very exclusive spa center will be opened on July 1st by the Spanish hotel chain Soho Boutique on the Island of Holbox in Quintana Roo, Mexico.
In this way Soho Boutique succeeds in having a presence in Latin America, and according to statements of its directors they will inaugurate another installation also on that island of the Aztec country, which is under construction and it will have 20 rooms.
The next hotel to provide services will be divided into four levels with common areas on the ground floor and an open space. The remaining three plants will have 6 private units each, for a total of 18 units.
Despite the capacity problems on the island and the closure of several hotel projects due to ecosystem impacts, Holbox Suites was approved after several attempts.
Its project will have an investment of two million dollars and it will promote other niche markets on the island such as tourism-housing.
