Mexican President Andres Lopez Obrador stressed that the airport to be built in the air base of St. Lucia will have international category.

Terruco Marquez admitted that Toluca, as the third terminal, will complement the other two, which as a whole will be part of the great metropolitan project, as all the cities in the world that do not close their airports do when they build additional ones.
In his statements, he considered that the cancellation of the Texcoco air terminal would not hinder the purposes of Sectur to generate more foreign exchange for tourism in the next six years.
