Daína Chaviano

Biografía: 
This writer graduated in English Language and Literature in the University of Havana. Since 1991, she lives in the United States. In 1991 she received the Anna Seghers Prize of the Arts Academy of Berlin and, in 1998 she received the Azorin de Novela Prize (Spain) with El hombre, la hembra y el hambre.
