Biografía:
Havana, 1963 This actress began participating in a children`s workshop where she received lessons of guitar and performance. For several years, she continued studying guitar in the Manuel Saumell and Amadeo Roldan Conservatiories in Havana. She left the music in order to study performance in the National School of Art, where she graduated in 1983. After that, she began to work in theaters and in the television, playing the lead in several successful series. Within her movie career, where she has achieved her greates victories, it`s important to highlight her performance in La bella del Alhambra, movie which received the Goya prize and gave her important performance prizes. She`s been living for some years in Venezuela, country where she played the lead in films and soap operas.
