Alcázar de Colón or Don Diego Colón Viceroyal Pala

A sumptuous museum built at the beginning of the 16 century, it was the domiciled and the palace of the son of the Great Admiral, Don Diego Colón and his wife María de Toledo, first viceroys of the Americas. Has been refurbished, thus recovering its fortified attraction of Mudejar style and turned into a museum with valuable pieces brought from the interior of other Spanish palaces from 14th, 15th and 16th centuries. There we find complete furniture, carpets, beds and original artefacts, one of the most complete collections of the Americas which offers a faithful image of the Americas and way of living of the Spanish epoch of the 16th and 17th centuries.
