Localizada en la Provincia de Puntarenas, Cantón de Puntarenas. Existen dos rutas para llegar la primera puede ser desde Puntarenas y tomar el ferry que va hacia Paquera y de ahí hasta Mal País; la segunda ruta, desde Tempisque y seguir la ruta Tempisque-San Pablo-Jicaral-Playa Naranjo-Paquera-Cóbano.
