New hotel projects will bring rooms to the Dominican Republic

The hotel plant in the Dominican Republic will grow by 5,811 rooms when adding seven projects that were approved by the Tourism Development Council (Confotur), from the Tourism Ministry.

Among the projects that are in its provincial classification are the Hotel Finest Punta Cana that will provide 445 rooms, while the "Ac Santiago" will total 130.

For its part, Tepuy Juan Dolio is a tourism-real estate project located in that area of the country, with 312 rooms, and was granted the final classification.

In progress is Jardines De Monserrat, in Las Terrenas, Samaná, of the tourist-real estate condo-hotel type 27 rooms, with definitive classification.

Another of the projects that will increase the hotel floor is Port Uvero Beach & Spa Phase III, in Uvero Alto, Macao, with a total of 320 rooms and which is already in the final classification stage.

Rincón Bay, in Las Galeras, completes the list of seven projects, with a total of 4,572 rooms, with definitive classification.
