The president of the Excelencias Group, Jose Carlos de Santiago, was appointed by the Ibero-American Academy of Gastronomy (AIGB), as vice president of that institution, was announced in Madrid.
Jose Carlos de Santiago has served as Ambassador of the AIBG in America, as well as being Honorary President of the Ibero-American Academy of Gastronomy.
During the last General Assembly of the AIGB, held in the Spanish capital, it was also agreed to create the General Direction which will be managed by Antonella Ruggiero Sansone, who held the position of Deputy General Secretary.
A note published on the official website of the Ibero-American Academy of Gastronomy emphasizes that they remain on the Board, the Presidency, headed by Rafael Ansón, and the General Secretariat, headed by Alfonso Marin Caffarena.
