In southeastern Abacus Archipelago, this city is the commercial and business hub of the entire island nation. The town stretches along the southern coastline until your eyes lose sight of it, and its dwellers are mostly white people, though many Haitians live here, too. The harbor is devoted to recreational sailing. The airport is approximately some three miles away from town.
