Santiago de Cuba, 1941 His artistic life began in 1954, acting in radio stations of his province. In 1956 he moved to Havana and began to work in the radio and T.V. In 1957, he acts in the theater with the play Pajaros de la luna by Marcel Aymee, and he continued his development in the theater acting in private halls until 1959, when he joined the National Theater of Cuba, the National Dramatic Joint and, later, to the Studio Theater, company where he worked for several years. He has played the leading role in important classics of the universal theater. He has achieved a successful career in the movies and the T.V, and he one of the most recognized actors in our country.
