Palm Beach

Palm Beach is located in a highly interesting tourist area some miles away from Aruba's capital. This is not so attractive a city as Oranjestad, yet its coastline is dotted with the island nation's largest hotel compounds and sprawls next to the best beaches in the Caribbean. A case in point is well-known Palm Beach, named after the town. In it, the rhythm of the night sets the stage for an overwhelming adventure full of gourmet delights and extravagant entertainment. In its huge hotels, you’ll find an assortment of nightclubs, cafés, casinos, discos and the best recreation offers money can buy in an electronic blend of Latin, European and American beats. Water sports can be practiced here. A crystal-clear sea bottom is visible some 90 meters deep. Its shores are hedged with underwater wonders, coral reefs and the largest sunken ship in the whole Caribbean. This is a place where sports of all kind can be practiced, ranging from such X-treme activities as parasailing and bunjee to more traditional ones such as snorkeling, water skiing, kayaking, windsurfing, windsailing, high sea fishing, golf, tennis and volleyball, that could turn out to be better experiences if you hire the services of tourist operators scattered on the island.
