Oranjestad (Aruba)

Oranjestad is the capital of Aruba lying on the island's southwestern tip. This is a picture-perfect city boasting colonial-style architecture and Dutch traditions. It's by and large the island’s major town and harbor from an economic and political standpoint. The University of Aruba is right there. Up to 1991, the population was 20,046 inhabitants. The city is blessed with an ample tourist development for it's equipped with a large marina and a top-of-the-line hotel infrastructure, plus a wide network of restaurants, shopping malls, sightseeing spots and an endless array of opportunities that make this town a coveted tourist destination.
