Port of Spain (Trinidad)

Separated of the Venezuelan coasts for the Gulf of Paria, the islands of Trinidad and Tobago have formed a recent State in their Republican life. Trinidad is recognized as the most cosmopolitan island of the Caribbean. The capital is located at Port of Spain where the main political and administrative events take place. There you can find ancestral traditional practices, contemporaneous ways of living, Hindu bazaars, cult shrine-locations and festivities by far. Most of the villages are found on the western coast, rich in fertile soils and in oil. Christianism is the preponderant religion. Trinidad covers some 4.828 km2.
