This Barbados' parish located in the western coast is covered with beautiful see-through water beaches equipped with nearby scuba diving centers, hotels and guest houses, stores, fine restaurants and art galleries displaying strikingly pretty and valuable works of art. Saint James is a historical place in itself. This is the hosting site of Holetown, Barbados' oldest town founded in 1620 along with the parish church, built two centuries later in 1847 and also considered one of the oldest all across Barbados and just four of the remaining temples of its kind on the island. Frank Hutson, an admirable collectionist, keeps some information as to how sugar was made in Barbados back in the 18th and 19th centuries. All this can be seen at the Sugar Museum. Nightlife begins at the Crocodile's Den where patrons can enjoy playing table games while listening to piano music composed in the 1950s. The Coach House and many other spots will surely give you good moments that'll live on in your memory till the end of time.
