It is located on the Caribbean Sea coast, in the Izabal department. It is the favorite place for fishing, to diving, to skiing, and practicing all kinds of water sports, in combination with visits to archaeological sites and contacts with nature. Because it is the only place where there is garífuna (black Carib) population, rhythm and dancing accompany every activity. This is why, when you visit Izabal, you won't fail to live scenes of cheerful Caribbean dances, like reggae, to which black people move their hips and sway their bodies with a rhythm that transmits energy.
