State located on the Southeast of Mexico in the coast plains of the Golf, next to the isthmus of Tehuantepec.It limits on the North with the Golf of Mexico, to the Northeast with Campeche, to the South with Chiapas to the West with Veracruz and to the Southeast with Guatemala. Rivers, lagoons, and swamps cover 60% of its territory. It’s a mainly agricultural state in which outstands mainly the raising of bovine, and porcine cattle. It has the first place in the production of cocoa and banana in the country, as well as the third place in the production of pineapple. Tabasco is the access door to the Mayan world, besides there are numerous natural landscapes of great interest and relaxation for tourist.
