State located in the Mexican Golf, limited in the North by the State of Tamaulipas, in the East with the Golf of Mexico and the State of Tabasco, in the Southeast with the State of Chiapa, in the South with the State of Oaxaca and to the West with Puebla, Hidalgo and San Luis Potosi.To the South of the State there is the Peak of Orizab, the highest in Mexico with a height of 5.743m.Veracruz-Llave is mainly a cattle State devoted to the raising of bovine cattle. As the main crops there is corn, sugar cane, beans and rice.Among the fruit we can mention the pineapple, orange, papaya and banana.It has the biggest amount of oil wells in the coast plains of the Golf where we can find the ancient Faja de Oro and the Nueva.The salty dunes are considered among the most productive worldwide.The population is distributed in 207 municipalities and 17390 neighborhoods. It has an area of 72.815km2. The territory of the current State was inhabited by four great cultures: the Olmeca, the Huasteca, the Totonaca and the Nahua.Among the several tourist places worth mentioning there is the city of Veracruz because of its historical tradition
