Malmierca announced that a medical brigade will travel this Saturday to Italy to meet the request of the region of Lombardy, severely affected by the disease, declared pandemic by the World Health Organization.

The head of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment added that there are already Cuban medical personnel in Venezuela and Nicaragua added to the fight against Covid-19, in response to the request of the governments of those Latin American nations.
