Bermudas Mary


Exquisite drink based on Bermudas Light Rum and the ingredients described.

46 ounces of juice V-8<BR>2 spoonful horseradish<BR>1 spoonful of sugar<BR>4-spoonful Worcestershire Sauce<BR>1/3 cup lemon juice. <BR> 2 spoonfuls Outer bridge’s Original Bloody Mary Fix<BR> salt to taste <BR>Add fresh pepper to taste <BR>12 ounces (or to taste) of Bermudas Light Rum or Vodka <BR><BR>
<BR>Mix the ingredients. Add Bermudas Light Rum or Vodka. Serve in glasses with ice and decorated with celery leaves.<BR>8 glasses.

Dark 'N' Stormy


Rum in Bermudas is another popular drink and there is a great variety of this liquors. Dark 'N' Stormy is an excellent sample.

Gosling’s Black Seal Rum y Ginger Beer.
<BR>Mix the rum with Ginger Beer to obtain the Dark ’N’ Stormy, famous Bermudas drink that should be cautiously drunk.

Rum swizzle

Some local restaurants demand this typical Bermudas drink. It’s really fabulous. It’s imported (there is no rum distillery in Bermudas) however, it’s mixed and bottled in Bermudas. The local barmen have the secret. This drink is available in Bermudas Gosling’s and in other liquor stores, storehouses and restaurants. It’s imported from Marie Blizzard in the United States.

Ingredients:<BR>6 ounces black rum <BR>6 ounces Demerara<BR>(In Guyana) rum<BR>1 ounce of imported Brandy<BR>the juice of 4 lemons<BR>1.5 ounces of honey <BR>4 touches of imported liquors from Trinidad and Tobago <BR> Tobago.
