Museo de la Revolución

This is a museum dedicated to national rebelliousness. Its 33 halls tell the story of the struggle of the Cuban people for sovereignty. Besides, it features an exhibit entitled Living As You Lived, in tribute to Che Guevara. It also contains the Mirrors Hall, the Presidential Office, and the Golden Hall, as well as shops and cafeterias. The outdoor grounds harbor the Granma Yacht Memorial, the boat used by Fidel Castro and his 80-plus combatants to return to Cuba from the exile in Mexico. It treasures great collections on the history of Cuba, its archeology, weaponry, and also paintings and sculptures.
