Sopa de Cojinua

Receta: 
Sauté the onion in oil, Add the garlic cloves and the tomato and let season perfectly.Add the water and let it boil for 5 minutes.Add the fish, the herbs, the chili and the salt.Cook it in mild fire until it is tenderAdd the cooked vegetable the moment you serve it and let it cook for two more minutes.Serve it garnished with the tomato slices and accompanied by roast tortillas.
Ingredientes: 
1 kg pieces of cojinua, mackerel or salpa2 spoonful of olive or corn oil1 onion finely cut2 garlic cloves roasted4 tomatoes, peeled, chopped and seeded1 ½ lt. of water1 stick of Mexican tea or to taste2 sticks of parsley Salt to taste2 sweet chilies or 1-½ sweet peppers cut in splits2Small pumpkins cooked and chopped2 carrots peeled, cooked and cut in pieces2 potatoes cooked peeled and cut in cubes4 slices of tomato roastedMake 4 servings.
