La Habana será destino turístico renovado, dice ministro de tuirismo
El ministro de turismo cubano, Manuel Marrero, significó hoy que el año próximo, cuando se cumplan 500 años de La Habana, la capital cubana será un destino de recreo renovado.
En entrevista con el periódico dominical Juventud Rebelde, Marrero certificó que esta ciudad con sus pobladores y visitantes celebrarán esa fecha (16 de noviembre de 2019) por todo lo alto.
Dijo que todos unidos andan en busca del esplendor habanero, un empeño que cuanta con el aporte del sector del turismo, que resaltara los símbolos del patrimonio del a nación.
Explicó que la calidad es la principal prioridad, pues Cuba dispone de una cantidad de atributos que la diferencia de la competencia, como el hecho de tener varios sitios declarados por la Unesco Patrimonio Cultural de la Humanidad.
Sin embargo, agregó, a veces no se valoran correctamente, pero entre los europeos y en gran parte del mundo, sí.
Insistió en que la capital cuenta con 250 edificaciones que son Monumento Nacional, muchas son instalaciones turísticas y también hay gran cantidad de parques nacionales.
Reflejó que ello constituye un gran atributo, porque no se puede construir una montaña, no se puede construir una playa preciosa, no se pueden construir parques nacionales.
