The candidacy for the excellence awards is extended until February, 24th

The Excelencias Group created the Excelencias Awards in 2005, with the aim of promoting excellence in all areas related to tourism. Since its inception, it has become a benchmark for all those who work hard to achieve excellence in the fields of tourism, gastronomy, culture or sustainability. The year 2020 was a very complicated one, which is why we have not wanted to stop supporting the best projects in these sectors, which are in very complex situations. We had announced that the 2020 Excellence Awards would be held at the end of January. However, due to the epidemiological situation in Spain and around the world, our jury has decided to extend the call for entries and postpone the semi-final presentation of the 2020 Excellence Awards, which were to be held in Santiago de Compostela, Spain, on the occasion of the Compostela Holy Year. The deadline for submitting nominations will be February 24th, 2021. We believe that this way we will be able to give all tourism, gastronomy and solidarity projects more opportunities to present their projects for Awards. We continue working and reviewing the epidemiological situation in Spain to set a date for this semi-presence award. We will keep you informed.
