Travel to Antigua and Barbuda hotel but it offers the visitor splendid conditions for spending wonderful vacations. During the last years, tourism has experienced a sustained increase in Antigua by receiving tourists of all countries. It is well known for its 365 beautiful beaches, one for every day of the year; and it offers to the visitor splendid conditions for scuba diving with places of great historical and marine interest. It is also famous for being the main yacht port in the Caribbean.
Barbuda is Antigua's sister island. One side of the island is bathed by the Atlantic blue waters and the other one, by the Caribbean's warm waters, which are perfect for water sports. The island's beauty is in its nature, inviting to a quiet and gentle life. This is a place to relax and rest while you enjoy the sunshine and the unequalled color pink- whitish of its sandy beaches.
The expansive, winding coastline that made Antigua difficult for outsiders to navigate is where today's trekkers encounter a tremendous wealth of secluded, powdery soft beaches. The coral reefs, once the bane of marauding enemy ships, now attract snorkelers and scuba divers from all over the world. And the fascinating little island of Barbuda -- once a scavenger's paradise because so many ships wrecked on its reefs -- is now home to one of the region's most significant bird sanctuaries.
Flag
Designed by Mr. Reginald Samuel in 1966, the flag features the seven rays of the gilt sun standing for the dawn of a new era. The red color means the soul of slaved forerunners and the peoples dynamism. The blue color in the flag represents hope, while black symbolizes the African heritage. Gold, blue and white combined stand for Antiguas tourist attractions: sun, sea and sands. The V-sign is exactly the victory sign.

FLora & Fauna
National Flora
Dagger Log's (Agave karatto Miller).
National Animal
It was the Codringtons idea in the early 1700s to bring in the European fallow on the island. This deer-family animal lives and mates happily on the Barbuda and Guana Islands. The fallow does not hail from any other eastern Caribbean island, and theres the black fallow and the ordinary deer.
